We work very closely with the EPA, NGOs, and the California Air Resource Board because California tends to drive regulations for emissive products. I spent a lot of time personally with those organizations and agencies to try to find bet-ter ways to do things, and we can sometimes see around the corner as to whats coming next. That can drive us towards sustainability as well as protect our business and our markets.During the pandemic, we had to work very closely with the manufacturers of the disinfectant sprays that were in such extreme demand during that time. Fortunately, we were able to allocate and shift production time away from personal care and some of those other areas that came to a screeching halt because no one was going anywhere. In other words, no one was wearing lipstick. We were able to assist with institutional-type products that were heavily used in disinfectantsand get those products out to the marketplace as quickly as possible. How has Diversified CPC been able to move with the times in so many different ways, from cultureto technology? Purity levels are required in all consumer products. That bar continues to rise as NGOs and other consumer-facing organizations look for whats in those products. At the end of the day, weve been investing in exactly that and our tagline is The Power of Purity. Higher purity requirements in all consumer products today and, in particular, personal care products, have served us well, because we have the technology and the skill sets in our people to produce the purest aerosol propellant products in the world.Sustainability is a factor that many companies recognize and it has become such a buzzword,but Diversified CPC has been furthering sustainability for decades. Now that the business world iscoming around to sustainability, what does sustainability mean to DCPC when you speak about it in todays context? Yes, we were always a little bit ahead of the game in sustainability before it became a buzzword and quite frankly, that was regulation driven. What we learned along the way in the early days of regulation compliance was that if you do it well and you do it right, it can also be good business.
